If, in the most unlikely event of you receiving your art work to be damaged, faulty or of poor quality we will either replace, repair or refund the item. This will obviously depend on the circumstances and will be done within 10 days.
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will gladly collect it at our expense and process your return, provided it is the condition it has been repacked in its original packaging with the original receipts.
Please note that although we review each image before printing, we do our best to avert any issues, if the fault is related to the quality , the photographer will take full responsibility. This should not be the case as the photographer uses high image resolution images of the best quality taken with a Nikon camera. She is also a highly experienced photographer.
